PDICore™

The PDICore is a smarter Power and Data Interface that replaces the current PDI in Dust Sentry and AQS platforms. It adds new functionality such as additional analog inputs, a triggerable relay output, internal temperature measurement, external temperature/RH sensor input, a DC/DC converter, and a battery voltage monitor, all integrated into a smaller package.

The system also includes a small backup battery that enables the system to safely shutdown in the event of power loss, preserving data.

All instruments will be equipped with the PDICore starting in early 2025, and upgrade kits for existing instruments will also be available.
